Nice toned body in high tops! Someday I’ll pull off this look.
Anyway the good news is I’m almost off my bad sugar binge habit and I think I am finally in the mind set that I would rather eat totally clean for 6 months straight and lose more weight than cheat. It’s not worth it.
The only issue is finding foods to keep my satisfied. So far chicken, veggies and spices are keeping me happy, but for how long?
Also, does anyone know any eating plans that are for one person? I feel like a lot of eating plans make it so you have to keep a lot of food in your fridge at one time then of course since the meals don’t repeat a lot of it goes rotten on me.
So if you happen to know anything at all I would really appreciate it.
